Sen. Pat Toomney (R-PA) came by The Heritage Foundation yesterday to explain why he joined Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) in his filibuster of John Brennan’s confirmation as CIA Director. I think you have gone to the extreme to show opposition to President Obama. Both sides assume the worst of the other side. If you truly care about our nation, our heritage and our hope, please be willing to compromise and listen to each other. Give us, as citizens some hope of a better life not filled with controversity

I am stunned by the naive comment before mine. Are you serious? John Brennan is dangerous to say the least. If you had done any research about this man you would understand there is nothing to compromise about on this issue. Senator Paul was courageous and honorable for taking a stand for the American people and our Constitution when no one else would. How could you accept the militarization of domestic drones? And, as far as our President is concerned, he is the petulant child in the room.
