“We will take bold, positive ideas to the American people and help show them that our ideas work for them, for all Americans,” Heritage Foundation President-Elect Jim DeMint told Heritage members Wednesday in Denver.
Speaking alongside Heritage President Ed Feulner, DeMint said conservatives need a better way to communicate their proven, principled ideas.
Feulner, welcomed to a standing ovation, said “ideas, individuals and institutions” are critical to future conservative successes.
Denver was the third stop on the ten-city Presidents’ Tour, which serves as the first opportunity for Heritage members to meet DeMint. He and Feulner travel Thursday to San Francisco and Friday to Los Angeles.
